In the Coal Oven
Charcoal oven is a technique used for cooking food since ancient times. It is a simple device that uses charcoal as fuel and is applicable in different ways of cooking.
The flavor that the oven gives to the food is unsurpassed while it remains juicy with
soft texture and prevents it from drying out or burning. When it comes to aliment, such as meat or vegetables, the aroma given by the charcoal is similar to that of barbecue while enhancing the taste experience.
